By participating in the Helene Jewelry Loyalty Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully:

• Membership Eligibility:

  • The Helene Jewelry Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above or those visiting the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

• Earning Points:

  • Members earn points based on purchases made on the Helene Jewelry website.

  • For every SG$1 spent, members receive 1 point.

  • New members instantly receive 100 points upon sign-up.

• Redeeming Points:

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases.

  • Points can be redeemed as follows:

    • 300 points: $30 off orders over $200.

    • 500 points: $50 off all store products on orders over $200.

    • 1,000 points: $150 off over $200.

  • Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

• Point Validity:

  • Points are valid for a specified period, as determined by Helene Quan Jewellery. Expired points cannot be redeemed.

• Program Modifications:

  • Helene Jewelry reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the Loyalty Program, its terms, or point values at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

• Misuse:

  • Helene Jewelry may terminate a member's participation in the program if any misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

• Privacy:

  • Members' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws , and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
