ORDERS
In-Stock Items generally will be shipped within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items , your order will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be completed. We will inform you once your order is ready to be shipped to your address.
SHIPPING
Local shipping (Singapore) - Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above Singapore dollar S$60 within Singapore. For orders under S$60, a flat shipping rate S$10 will apply. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your items.
International shipping - We ship worldwide. Complimentary shipping is available on all orders above Singapore dollar S$300. For orders under S$300, a flat shipping rate S$50 will apply. International shipping is estimated to arrive within 3-7 working days once we ship your orders from Singapore.
We will keep you updated with a tracking number once your order is shipped from Singapore.

*For shipments outside of Singapore, please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please note, that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
