    Points are valid for a specified period, as determined by Helene Jewellery. Expired points cannot be redeemed.
  • How do I get a refund or exchange?
    Returns and exchanges will be allowed for items in a flawed or damaged condition within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our website and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, kindly fill up this form here and provide us the following items: Order number Receipt or proof of purchase Clear photos / videos of the items and defects If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund process We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. An email will then be sent to you to confirm the approval of refund. Upon approval, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.   • How do I care for my jewellery?
    Helene only uses precious metal to create our jewellery including sterling silver, 9k, 14k, and 18k gold. With proper care, your precious metal jewellery can remain beautiful and shine for many generations to come. We recommend the following basic guidelines for precious metal jewellery care : Remove jewellery to shower, bathe, swim in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying body oils, cosmetics directly onto your jewellery. Avoid your jewellery exposure to household cleaners, bleach and other chemicals. Check your jewellery often to ensure the gemstones are not loose. Do not subject your jewellery to physical shocks or extreme temperatures. How to store your jewellery Store your jewellery in a clean fabric-lined box or our Helene jewellery box. Keep each jewellery in a separate box to avoid scratches by hard gemstones such as diamonds. How to clean your jewellery Do not use tissue paper or any paper towels to clean precious metal jewellery. Avoid using a Silver cleaner to clean 18k gold vermeil jewellery. Do not soak your jewellery and avoid harsh detergents and chemicals. Gold & Platinum jewellery To preserve the lustre of your gold Jewellery, we recommend storing your gold jewellery in the pouch for safekeeping when not worn to avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products, which can cause gold to discolour and possibly disintegrate. Gemstone & Pearl Jewellery Diamond, gemstone and pearl Jewellery are delicate and need to be treated with care to prevent damage as much as possible. We recommend avoiding exposing your diamond, gemstone and pearl Jewellery to variable temperatures, perfumes and cosmetics and household chemicals. Sterling silver jewellery & 18k gold vermeil jewellery Sterling silver can get tarnished when exposed to salt air, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach, certain papers, rubber bands and other strong chemicals. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend to keep your sterling silver Jewellery in a clean fabric-lined box or our HQ jewellery box or HQ jewellery bag and strongly recommend you to wear our silver jewellery every day.
  • How do I know my ring size?
    Our ring sizes follow the standard US size. You can measure the circumference of your finger using a tape measure and refer to the chart below to find out your US ring size. Take note to measure the finger that you intend to wear the ring on. Your finger size changes significantly throughout the day, and hence you could take measurements a few times to compare.

  • How do I buy a product?
    From the product page, choose the size and colour (if options are available) you need. Then add the item to your shopping bag. Once you have everything you want in your shopping bag, proceed to the checkout. There are a few simple steps to purchasing: Login to your account if you have already registered, or create a new account. Otherwise, you can still continue with your purchase as a guest. Proceed to checkout and input personal data and delivery address, accept the Terms of Sale, select shipping options, and verify your order details. Select the payment method and submit your order. Once payment has been authorized, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the order and are processing it.
