REFUND POLICY

REFUND 


Returns and exchanges will be allowed for items in a flawed or damaged condition within 7 days of the item received date. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our website and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refund process
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. An email will then be sent to you to confirm the approval of refund. Upon approval, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. 
Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We retain the right to withhold such refund until we have received the product for inspection.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.​​

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Certain types of items, such as: custom orders, limited edition items, personalised items, gift cards, and sale items are not applicable for returns. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
